Your membership gives you access to the exclusive community and the members resource portal.

The Her Own Space community allows you to join project chat circles, ask questions, join live meet ups, take part in challenges, attend live/free webinars and watch replays. We strongly believe the power is shared information in numbers to allow women to be better informed to make the right decisions and drastically shorted their learning curve. 

The Her Own Space resource portal gives you access to free easy to action checklists, guides and tools to help you plan and manage your home renovation properly and quickly. (Courses are currently under construction and will be up and running soon)

From the moment you subscribe, you will create your log in (make sure to save your username and passwords) to be able to access the community and resources portal.

Both you and your Community members can access your Community via mobile app (iOS and Android).

To access the app:

• Go directly to the app store and search “Kajabi Communities”.
• Open your Community in a web browser on your phone and look for a banner redirecting you to the app store.

After you download the app, enter the email address associated with your Her Own Space account.

Once you enter your email, you'll be notified to check your email inbox for an access link. If you don't see this screen, you may have entered the wrong email address.

Check your email for the access link (try spam if you don’t see it in your inbox!).

Clicking the link sent to you will give you access to your Community on the mobile app.

The annual gift membership is an offer that you pay for and a coupon code is generated that you can email on to the recipient (it can only be used once).

Think of a Gift Offer like a gift card.

You pre-pay for the gift card and gift it to someone else so they can use it in the coupon apply section of the annual membership not the gift annual membership which you originally used.

It is not permitted to share your log in details with others and we are working on managing that.

We also ask that you consider the importance of those membership fees towards being able to invest and consistently create better content and negotiate better discounts for you as our priority. 

You can cancel your subscription by

• Logging in to your account.
• Click on your Avatar from the page header.
• Select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
• Select the Cancel button.

• After you click Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.

• Once confirmed, you will lose access to your Subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
